** NOTE : There is about 28 feet of DOCK space but a boat on either side of this space BOATS have to have a total length(including a motor) of 25 feet or less and must be properly docked. Please inquire if you will have a boat.

 Excessive and wasted water usage(ie: hose valves left on) that causes a "continuous Water Leak" notice will incur a $50-$100 fee
