Entrance and foyer, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms( one with a step in shower and the 2nd with a tub/shower combo), plus a full laundry room. Entrance also has a Murphy-style fold out bed.

Outdoor furniture in the porch/carport area, a full size storage room, bait freezer and fish table.
Newer 70 foot dock is just a stone's throw to the Atlantic ocean. About 45 feet of the dock is deep-water but the inner 25 feet can be shallow, maybe 2 1/2 at low tide. Good fishing from the dock!
Ample Parking in front for vehicles and 1 trailer.
