The space

The tenant understands that the landlord is not responsible for injuries resulting from swimming from this property. The landlord states that, and the tenant agrees that swimming is at your own risk. 2 KAYAKS included free of charge for you to use during your stay. Renters using kayaks agree to the following: 1) Recognize that there are certain inherent risk associated with using kayaks and assume full responsibility for personal injury to themselves or others and further dismiss the Homeowner and Property Manager for injury, loss or damage arising out of the kayak's use. 2) Renter is responsible for any damages to kayaks and cost to replace, if stolen, including kayak paddles. Renter agrees and acknowledge that they are under no pressure or duress to accept #'s 1 and 2 in this paragraph. *********************************************************************

Walk right outside through sliders to tiled patio and dining area. Filet your catch of the day at the fish cleaning station and put your unused bait in the bait freezer. Cook your catch on BBQ gas grill and relax to the sound of serenity.
